Partnership Manager (offline) $500-1500

Overview:
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partnership Manager will develop, manage, and nurture partnerships with external organizations and assist in building partner engagement processes. This role requires research and analytical skills, as well as business acumen and communication skills, to identify and enable partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Partnership Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to achieve partnership objectives
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to handle routine tasks and responsibilities with diligence and professionalism
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills
• English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate level, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and target markets
• Organize and maintain partnership-related data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes
• Provide preparation for marketing campaigns, including research and coordination.
• Proactively engage with LinkedIn to maintain contacts, lead generation, and networking activities to support partnership initiatives
• Regularly communicate with partners and stakeholders via email to nurture relationships, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns effectively
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
