Responsibilities:

- Preferably 0−2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in email and internet usage
- Sales experience would be advantageous

Job Requirements:

- Closing deals with clients within Europe market
- Conducting sales calls to secure deals with drivers
- Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members
- Researching and staying updated on trends within the transport and logistics industry
