Dynamics CE Technical Architect (offline)

Our US business partner is looking for a Dynamics CE Technical Architect to join their team.

The company is a dynamic and client-focused organization that specializes in Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The company is involved in comprehensive implementation projects that span discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment phases. They emphasize the importance of addressing client-specific needs and requirements, indicating a tailored approach to their service delivery. They also focus on data-centric discussions and system architecture design, which suggests a strong technical grounding and a consultative role in their projects.

As a Dynamics CE Technical Architect, you will be the linchpin in the project lifecycle, driving Dynamics CE/CRM implementations through their entire course. Your expertise will guide the team and clients through intricate architecture design, custom code creation, and data migration strategies.

🖥️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technically Drive Dynamics CE/CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy;
- Effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements;
- Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings;
- Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements;
- Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation;
- Develop and continue to refine CE implementation standards and tools;
- Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution;
- Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs.

⚙️ SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 8+ years designing and delivering D365 solutions with various integration strategies;
- 8+ years (or 5+ projects) implementing CRM applications;
- BA/BS;
- Strong CE industry and product knowledge;
- Extensive experience with Azure.

⚙️ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft D365 & Power Platform certifications a plus;
- Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience a plus;
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Shell;
- SSIS Experience.

🤝 SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.

🗣 ENGLISH LEVEL:
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
The candidate should be able to clearly communicate and deliver his ideas.
