Position Overview:
As a Backend Developer at White Test Lab, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with the product owner, senior architect, frontend, and UI/UX teams in an agile environment. While we hold daily standups at 08:45 CET, flexibility can be accommodated. Your primary responsibility will revolve around coding the backend, utilizing a blend of NoSQL and SQL databases. This is a remote position, offering autonomy while fostering collaboration within our globally distributed team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the backend components of our applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Independently manage and prioritize tasks while ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Utilize a hybrid of NoSQL and SQL databases to optimize performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Actively engage in discussions and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
- Proven track record of delivering backend solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and comfortable working in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
