Middle/Senior Scala/Java8 Developer (offline)

WHAT WE NEED

Strong knowledge of:
— Software architecture;
— Product development;
— Design patterns;

Must-haves: 2+ years of experince with Scala or Java 8+, Play Framework or Java alternatives, sbt or Maven, SQL, REST, MongoDB, good written and spoken English.

Will-be-a-plus skills: Kafka, Akka, Spark, Atlassian API.

Table Grid Editor
Table Grid Editor is the most popular addon of iDalko. More than 1000 companies are using it on a daily basis. The addon is available at Atlassian Marketplace since 2012 and recently is more in the maintenance mode.
More than 2 years ago the product was re-made. We developed a new version, completely from scratch, using a brand new tech stack, and released it for JIRA Cloud only.

Table Grid Main Next Generation technologies:
Scala, sbt, Play Framework, MongoDB, Maven, OSGI, Atlassian JIRA API

The team is also planning the start of launching a new product - DataBuckets.

Databuckets is a Data Management Platform. Combination of the ETL processor and Data Warehouse. The project is in its starting stage, the MVP is being developed.
