Sales Partnership Manager
We are looking for a proactive Sales Partnership Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Working with outstaffing/subcontracting/outsourcing/referral systems and understanding the principles and intricacies of their operations.
• Working with spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
• Managing communication within Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn groups.
• Creating white-label CVs in our company’s standards.
• Conducting interviews with other partner companies.
• Scheduling and moderating interviews for partner developers.
• Seeking vacancies and projects among partners for our company’s employees.
• Drafting a sequence of persuasive emails.
• Managing email campaigns.
• Expanding the partner network.
• Communicating with foreign partners.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Partnership Manager within the IT industry.
• Experience in outstaffing sales.
• Experience with Clutch, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Docs, spreadsheets, and social media platforms for business purposes.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
