Looking for a UI/ UX Designer (offline)
Reporting to: Head of Product
Scope: Part-time – 20-25/hours per week

We’re looking for a talented, motivated Web Designer to help design innovative and intuitive user experiences and graphic assets for our communities' digital brands. In this role, you will conceptualize and design simple and elegant solutions to help our communities grow faster and create more engagement between members. You should have experience designing for SaaS products and be comfortable working in an agile environment.
Your Responsibilities:
— Create a unified design system that can be applied to multiple brands with different identities.
— Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and community applications that align with the brand identity.
— Create engaging and cohesive visual assets for newsletters, social media, blog posts, research reports, and other content.
— Develop high-quality illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance content and storytelling.
— Ensure consistency in branding and design across various platforms and communication channels.
— Bonus: Implement designs efficiently on platforms such as Webflow, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience across devices.
Your skills:
— 3-5 years of experience as a Web Designer;
— Experience producing graphics for a variety of digital platforms and formats;
— Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.;
— Strong visual design skills with the ability to create engaging and intuitive interfaces;
— Comfortable working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams;
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This is for a part-time role. We anticipate an average of 20 hours/week across a range of web and graphic design projects listed below. Ideal candidates will also have some knowledge of Webflow to support the implementation of designs. Our team is fully remote, but we prefer candidates for this role in Europe (GMT / GMT+1) timezone.
