B2B Sales Manager (offline)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our company's growth. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients, manage existing customer relationships, and exceed assigned sales targets. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, and a passion for building strong relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Pipedrive and Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify marketing leads, ensuring they meet the ideal customer profile (ICP) and have a high potential for conversion.
- Work with marketing to develop nurturing campaigns to educate and engage qualified leads, moving them further down the sales funnel.
- Provide support to the sales process by identifying and qualifying leads generated through marketing efforts, scheduling meetings, and providing relevant information to sales representatives.
- Conduct need assessments and deliver compelling presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential and existing clients.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast future sales performance.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
