Business Development Manager for AI Educational Platforms (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
— 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or BDM;
— Experience with B2B Educational Platforms;
— Experience in startups and deep understanding of AI specifics;
— Development and implementation of strategies for sustainable growth;
— Strong leadership skills and experience working with diverse teams;
— English C1.

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Development of customer and partner acquisition strategies;
— Development of effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed target indicators.
— Collaboration with the development department to adapt products to market needs and propose improvements;
— Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing issues to maintain quality service;
— Systematic analysis of sales and market data to make informed strategic decisions.
