We're a Red Rocket Software team that is constantly expanding its technology stack by bringing the coolest people to projects. Now we're looking for a SDR Manager to become a crew member of our spaceship.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Outbound LeadGen/BDR experience in IT companies.
- Proven effectiveness in generating leads via email and/or LinkedIn.
- Experience with LinkedIn and Email automation tools.
- Ability to initiate conversations with key decision makers in target companies to identify their business needs.
- Analyse and use market trends to provide relevant leads to the sales team.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
- Understand IT sales cycle and processes.
- Experience working with international clients.
- English at least Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects through various channels (LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.).
- Plan and create campaigns and sequences. Identify client needs and propose solutions.
- Manage customer responses and generate new enquiries.
- Book appointments with prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM
- Negotiate with potential clients
- Work actively with LinkedIn
- Working closely with the sales team
