Today, our company provides outsourcing and outstaffing services. We offer a wide range of services for the following industries: healthcare and life sciences, fintech, retail, and others. Today, our projects are created not only in Ukraine but also abroad.
Now VMK GROUP is actively developing, we are creating additional jobs, so we are looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting new clients for outstaffing services in the IT sector.
- Active contact with potential clients, negotiations and presentations.
- Developing and maintaining sales strategies to achieve the set goals.
Our candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the IT market and technology trends.
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Independence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of outstaffing and customer service processes.
