Junior Strong WordPress Developer Offline

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites and themes;

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;

- Write and maintain documentation for the application and its APIs;

- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions;

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards;

- Troubleshoot and debug applications;

- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability;

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends;

- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies.;

- Assist in the estimation of development tasks and timelines;

- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualification & Skills::

- 1.5+ years of experience with WordPress development, including experience with custom theme and plugin development/customization;

- Advanced understanding of PHP (including OOP) and MySQL;

- Advanced understanding of SQL and database design;

- Advanced understanding of Git and version control systems;

- Good knowledge and understanding of RESTful APIs;

- Experience with WooCommerce;

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery;

- Experience with page builders like Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, etc.;

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;

- Experience working with the Agile and SCRUM methodologies;

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and team members;

- English: Intermediate or higher.
