Sales training specialist (offline)
Requirements:
β Proficiency in English at a level of B2 or higher.
β At least 1 year of experience in team management.
β Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
β Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
β Adaptability to evolving market trends and customer needs, ensuring agility in approach and decision-making.
β Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve collective success.
β Proficiency in office software and communication tools is a must.
Nice to have:
β It would be nice to have experience working in call center/logistics.
β Experience in B2C sales/Customer support.
Responsibilities:

β Lead, coach, and mentor the dispatch team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.

β Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
