Sales training specialist (offline)

Requirements:

 

β€” Proficiency in English at a level of B2 or higher.

β€” At least 1 year of experience in team management.

β€” Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.

β€” Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

β€” Adaptability to evolving market trends and customer needs, ensuring agility in approach and decision-making.

β€” Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve collective success.

β€” Proficiency in office software and communication tools is a must.

 

Nice to have:

 

β€” It would be nice to have experience working in call center/logistics.

β€” Experience in B2C sales/Customer support.

 

Responsibilities:

 

β€” Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

β€” Lead, coach, and mentor the dispatch team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.

β€” Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

β€” Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and growth.

β€” Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

β€” Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.
