B2B SDR/Sales manager (offline)

Skills:
- B2B Sales/SDR experience.
- Proficiency in communication via various channels (emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, video calls, audio messages on LinkedIn).
- Ability to craft concise, personalized messages and emails.
- Proactive approach to work with strong organizational and sales skills.
- Positive attitude and self-discipline.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
- Deals closing

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the IT field, particularly with outsourcing or staffing services.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.
- Knowledge of prospecting tactics and automation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.

Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Schedule quality meetings and appointments with leads.
- Coordinate calls with potential clients and engineers.
- Close deals
- Oversee prospect research on LinkedIn for buying signals and personalization.
- Utilize Upwork and CRM (HubSpot) for managing tasks.
- Use various online tools and databases to increase conversion rates.
- Track and improve weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Maintain and manage the leads database.
- Generate new leads using sales automation and cold email tools.
