Front-End Developer (Webflow) (offline)

Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Front-End Developer with a specialization in Webflow to enhance our production team. This role demands engagement in a diverse array of website projects, ranging from straightforward to complex builds that incorporate advanced CMS, dynamic graphics, videos, and animations. The successful candidate will exhibit a flair for creative and efficient web development, ensuring projects are not only functional but also stand out for their innovation and visual appeal.

Responsibilities
-Spearhead the development and execution of top-tier website projects using Webflow, setting the standard for web development best practices.

-Work in synergy with project managers, UX/UI designers, and QA developers to deliver seamless and cohesive project outcomes.

-Efficiently convert Figma designs into responsive, high-functioning Webflow sites, leveraging advanced HTML and CSS techniques.

-Manage and prioritize multiple project timelines, from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

-Proactively contribute to the evolution of our web development methodologies and standards.

Key Requirements
-A minimum of 5 years of commercial web development experience, with a substantial portfolio of Webflow projects.

-Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS), along with a working knowledge of Figma, Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.

-Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to integrate smoothly into a multifaceted team environment.
