Product designer Offline

Responsibilities:

Get involved in every aspect of the product development process, from ideas to pixel perfecting before launch

Design, redesign, improve, fix and take the Tango interface to the next level

Be open to learn from market-proven experience.

Research, brainstorm and provide top-notch UX/UI solutions for issues & new features with dozens of contradictory requirements and limitations

Build fast prototypes and drafts to unlock our creativity and upgrade us to a #1 product

Carefully assemble prod-ready designs, meticulously re-checking all components are connected to the library and not a single corner case is forgotten

Communicate with an international and cross functional team, including product managers and engineers across the world, with offices in Cyprus, Warsaw, Kyiv, Dubai and Tel Aviv

Continuously optimise and be responsible for overall product experience

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience in product design

Experience in digital products: web apps, CRM.

Experience in fast-paced and growing start-up environments, such as B2C product companies and growing startups.

At least B2 level of English.

Nice to have: experience working in social media or entertainment products, experience with mobile apps.
