Senior UI/UX Designer (SaaS) (offline)

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Design magician with 5 years of experience and new creative ideas to join a rapidly growing international company with a friendly multicultural work environment.

What you will do:

- Be a UX/UI role owner of the whole design project.
- Create and document design systems and UI kits. (You know how to and have experience documenting design deliverables for the further development process.)
- Simplify or transform complex digital products and services and track dependencies that live behind.
- Reveal, gather, and evaluate user expectations based on UX/UI in collaboration with the Product team.
- Incorporate WCAG 2.0 when designing.
- Do regular research and audit of the product line to improve UI/UX.
- Validate ideas on the interview with customers together with a product manager.
- Absorb product and current design philosophy to better understand and scale out and rescale the needs and what needs to be improved.

What we expect of you:

- Proficiency in working with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent visual design skills (Typography, Colors, Icons, Composition, pixel-perfect design).
- Knowledge of how digital products are created technically (BE, FE, Data flows, integrations, etc.).
- Ownership of the product creation process at every stage, from concept and wireframes to design and production.
- A clear understanding of UX outcomes for business and metrics & mechanics to validate this.
- Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of WCAG 2.0
- Experience with working on multiple SaaS projects with complex flows.
- At least one project for a SaaS product in your portfolio that you started from scratch and led to launch.
- Your English should be at an upper-intermediate level to communicate and collaborate with developers and clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale to the product team.
