Sales manager (offline)

Наш відділ розробки займається створенням сайтів на Shopify, як на темі, так і кастомних. Та вирішенням будь-яких інших питань що стосуються розробки на Shopify. Міграція з будь-якої платформи на Shopify, Shopify App development, CRO, тощо.

🔑Requirements:

- English - Upper-Intermediate (spoken) is required;

- Experience in communicating with clients in English

- Experience in sales, marketing, website development;

- Excellent at strategic planning;

- Good at problem-solving;

- Very good at critical and analytical thinking;

➕Will be a plus

- Knowledge and understanding of the Shopify platform and related services, knowledge of terminology;

- Tech background

🔮Your future tasks:

- Communicate with clients from various sources such as Upwork, email, etc;

- Arranging and attending calls clients to understand their needs faster and more accurately;

- Discussing the potential client with the head of sales or project management officer to get an accurate project proposal;

- Closing successful deals;

- Maintaining a CRM system for further reporting;

- Attend daily planning meetings to synchronise with clients;

- Maintain project completion documentation to ensure clear terms of reference and scope of work for the project manager.
