Our team needs a full-time Sales Development Representative who has a startup personality and is ready to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships! Are you our perfect match?

Required Skills:

● Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
● Sales is your superpower!
● At least 1 year of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position
● Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals
● Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
● Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
● Proactive, innovative, and highly organized
● Self-development, initiative-taking
● Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

Responsibilities:

● Identify and qualify potential leads via social selling (LinkedIn, x.com, Reddit, Slack Channels etc.)
● Creating email campaigns using automated platforms: Reply.io, Woodpecker.io, and others
● Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline
● Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
● Work closely with the Sales Team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
● Engage and educate leads to keep them interested
● Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
● Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
