Our team needs a full-time Sales Development Representative who has a startup personality and is ready to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships! Are you our perfect match?
Required Skills:
β Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
β Sales is your superpower!
β At least 1 year of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position
β Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals
β Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
β Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
β Proactive, innovative, and highly organized
β Self-development, initiative-taking
β Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
Responsibilities:
β Identify and qualify potential leads via social selling (LinkedIn, x.com, Reddit, Slack Channels etc.)
β Creating email campaigns using automated platforms: Reply.io, Woodpecker.io, and others
β Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline
β Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
β Work closely with the Sales Team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
β Engage and educate leads to keep them interested
β Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
β Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
