Senior/Lead .Net Developer (offline)

The project is an application development from scratch. This system will support company’s documentation, reporting, and overall management of our eligibility, enrollment, prior authorization, Medication Management, and Medication Care Management® programs.

This is cloud based application and it’s secure for HIPAA with security based on group and functionality.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business (product managers, end-users), architect and scrum team to design, develop and deliver software that creates business value
• Work with project Architect and PM to drive development process of a scrum team to accomplish product goals
• Guide, mentor team and conduct the code reviews
• Research tools & frameworks to be integrated into the project (like Telerik MVC)
• Drive and contribution to architecture changes/improvements for the healthcare product.
• Enable change in existing product when problems are defined
• Employ industry best practices to improve software development practices
• Research problems discovered by QA or stakeholders and develop solutions to the problems
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality
• Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met

Requirements:
• 5+ years technology experience in a commercial environment including experience of working in a development team
• Experience as a Team Lead
• Systems development and analysis methodologies with requirements gathering skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft stack, development and office technologies including .Net, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL plus a strong understanding of object-oriented programming tools and techniques.
• Web API experience
• Proficient in the use of Source Control software
• Experience of working using AGILE Project Management methodology, including working on SPRINTs, SCRUM meetings, self-organizing and continual improvement culture.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Telerik technology will be a plus
