Sales Manager / Business Correspondence Specialist (offline)

A Sales Manager with a focus on business correspondence is needed. Your primary role is to establish relationships and maintain communication with new prospects (who respond to our lead-generation process). You'll represent the company in the lead-qualification stage, playing a pivotal role in upholding the company's tone of voice (to be friendly and professional), digging into customers' backgrounds (to make communication oriented on customers' goals), and setting up built-to-last relations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
β€” Establishing and engaging in multi-iteration communication with prospects, monitor and respond to incoming emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
β€” Understand prospects' challenges and presenting the value of Hravity's services via written correspondence
β€” Providing a top-notch customer experience through every interaction by teaching customers about HR and recruitment modern best practices and offering unique insights on true value of expertise-based recruitment
β€” Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate direction managers for further development, managing and arranging ongoing communication
β€” Working closely and collaboratively with the internal marketing manager to create compelling value propositions around Hravity services and maintain the company's digital presence in the part of supporting and speeding up the sales process
β€” Brainstorming and researching your daily work in cooperation with recruitment and marketing managers (conducting insights analysis and market research to continuously improve the vision of service and adapt it to the market changes)


WHO YOU ARE:
β€” 2+ years of proven experience in communication and business development on global markets (our target customers are predominantly US- and EU-based companies
β€” Good command of English (the job comprises constant, well-shaped, and engaging daily written communication)
β€” Well-developed business communication skills (active listening, ability to attract people’s attention, persuasion and presentation skills, being a storyteller at heart)
β€” Customer-centric attitude (going deeper into customer's business, addressing their essential and unobvious needs and pain points, generating value and helping them achieve their goals, nurturing partnerships)
β€” Developed multicultural competency (perspective-taking attitude that supports equality, effective work with diverse others, ability to deal with ambiguity β€” all that enables to develop genuine connections while minimizing the likelihood of misunderstandings and conflict)
β€” High work/business ethics as well as the ability to communicate in the language of values (being aware of one’s values, addressing them, and shaping communication in regard to them, as well as transmitting your own and company ones)
β€” Ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment (being a competitive and inner-driving self-starter with well-developed planning skills, good execution discipline, and high focus on results)
β€” Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems (a stress-resistant performer being able to think and act precisely while being under pressure of emerging business circumstances)
