Requirements:
— 0,5 years of IT sales experience
— Upper-Intermediate English, both written and verbal
— Understanding of software development process
— Excellent communication skills
— Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented
— Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Will be great:
— Experience in IT outsourcing company
— UpWork outbound bids experience
— Experience in generating leads using additional sources

Responsibilities:
— Working with UpWork mail
— Inbound bids processing
— Taking part in negotiations with clients
— Attending conferences, events and meetups
