Sales Development Representative (Located in Europe) (offline)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our IT outsourcing company, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.




- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role in the IT outsourcing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and articulate complex IT services and solutions.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- English level β€” Upper-intermediate at least (fluent written and spoken English).


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential clients within the target market.

- Utilize various channels to generate leads.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our services.


- Initiate contact with decision-makers and key influencers to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT outsourcing services.

- Effectively follow up existing leads.

Pipeline Development:

- Nurture and manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads.

- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities for further development.

Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up and communication.

- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our IT outsourcing solutions.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on market insights.


- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with target audience needs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales funnel.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and lead generation activities.
