Marketing Design Lead

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Running the process of creating marketing designs right from the start by setting clear goals, guiding creativity, and promoting teamwork and new ideas.
- Creating and keeping up with the look and feel of the company’s brand in all marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and manage creation of visually appealing and effective marketing assets, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web content;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience;
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends and new technologies, and suggesting new design ideas to make our marketing better.
- Regularly review designs and give feedback to make sure the design team produces top-quality work.
- Manage design projects, timelines, and resources, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of design materials, gathering insights to optimize and improve marketing effectiveness.

Essential professional experience:
- 3+ (for lead) years of experience in graphic design and a portfolio showcasing a strong visual design sensibility;
- Experience in a leadership or management role within a design team;
- Proficiency in design software and tools;
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory;
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
