Your Role:

We're on the hunt for dynamic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to amplify our product outreach. Dive into the thrilling world of tech sales, where you'll be the crucial link connecting potential clients with groundbreaking cloud solutions. Your mission? Engage with new prospects, spark conversations, and set the stage for our Sales Executives to shine.


What We Need From You:

β€’ Fluent English skills (Upper-Intermediate or above).

β€’ A passion for client interaction and stellar communication skills across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, messaging apps).

β€’ Analytical mindset to refine and enhance your sales approach.

β€’ Eagerness to learn and collaborate with top-tier companies like Google, Zendesk, and Asana.

β€’ Result-oriented drive.


Your Day-to-Day:

β€’ Handle Inbound and Outbound leads.

β€’ Identify and engage ideal customers.

β€’ Communicate with key decision-makers.

β€’ Coordinate Demo discussions with potential clients.

β€’ Document client interactions in CRM.

β€’ Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams.

β€’ Achieve and surpass KPIs.


Nice to Have:

β€’ Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.

β€’ Proficiency in Czech/Polish.

β€’ Familiarity with cloud technologies and business models.

β€’ Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Zendesk.

β€’ Background in B2B, IT solutions, or finance.

β€’ Multi-language skills, including Ukrainian.
