IT Sales manager/Business Development Manager Offline

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an IT field as a Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

- At least an upper-intermediate or above the level of English — you will communicate with the clients on a daily basis

- A notion of different sales platforms and techniques (eg. Upwork, Linkedin, Clutch, etc)

- Proven record of closed / successful cases in B2B

- Strong business communication and problem-solving skills are a necessity

- Solid knowledge of EU and US market

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

 

Will be an advantage:

- Knowledge of E-commerce, SaaS projects, and affiliate marketing

- Experience in building a sales process that lands deals every time!

- Expertise in developing/ managing sales department

 

Responsibilities:

- Conducting a seven-stage sales cycle: from finding leads to concluding a deal

- Analyze requests from potential customers on key platforms and prepare proposals of our services

- Ability to find projects that align with different technology stack

- Maintain relationships with the clients and ensuring their retention

- Build selling funnels and processes

- Coordinate the sales process internally and act as a point of contact between clients and the company’s stakeholders

- Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights and recommendations

- Analyze new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments

- Assess potential partnership prospects

- Increase brand awareness in European / US markets

- Collaborate closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure clients’ satisfaction with the company’s service

- Research competitors and learn how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new customers
