### Main goals:

- Smart Contract Design and Development: Development of secure and optimized smart contracts that automatically execute specified business logic and operations, minimizing the need for third party intervention.
- Smart Contract Testing: Creating and conducting comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability and security of smart contracts, including unit tests, integration testing and stress testing as necessary.
- Security Audit: Identifying and eliminating smart contract vulnerabilities through self-verification and collaboration with external auditors for independent audits.
- Implementation and Deployment of Smart Contracts: Placement of smart contracts on the blockchain and integration with the frontend and backend of the project.
- Update and Support Smart Contracts: Monitor and update smart contracts after they are deployed to improve their functionality and security.
- Collaboration with the Project Team: Close interaction with developers, analysts, project managers and other stakeholders to define requirements and successfully implement smart contracts.
- Training and Consulting: Updating knowledge on the latest technologies and best practices in the field of smart contracts and blockchain, as well as transferring this knowledge to the team and clients.

### We are Looking for a Candidate Who:

- Has experience with Solidity and a desire to learn or improve his programming skills in Rust and Sway.
- Understands the principles of blockchain and knows how to apply them when developing decentralized applications.
- Able to independently solve technical problems and proactively propose improvements.
- Has experience writing tests for smart contracts and understands the importance of testing in development.
- Speaks English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation and communicate in an international team.
