Sales Manager with VIP clients (iGaming)

Requirements:
-Experience of 1 year in sales or vip-manager on the phone
-Knowledge of sales methodologies and successful experience in
applying them
-Ability to work effectively with a variety of cases and high level of stress
tolerance
-Experience in active sales
-Knowledge of English is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
-Daily communication with VIP clients via phone, email and messengers
to establish trusting relationships
-Application of sales methodologies and strong communication skills to
strengthen the loyalty of each VIP client
-Continuous improvement and finding approaches to maximize sales
results
-Assisting customers with questions and providing information on
current promotions and offers of our product
-Informing management and related departments about identified
problems in the technical part of the product to increase user loyalty
