Trainee UI/UX Designer (offline)

Are you ready to transform your passion for UX/UI design into a career journey? We are looking for a Trainee UX/UI Designer to join our

Our candidate’s portrait:

-Graduate of a design school, or university with a focus on design or relevant courses (UI/UX + advanced UI/UX);

-Have at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English;

-Ready to study and apply basic principles of visual design and composition;

-Have experience working with Figma (ability to work with components, options, autolayouts, styles, etc.);

-Have knowledge, ability to work or willingness to learn Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop;

-Have a portfolio on Behance and/or Dribbble;

-Have a good understanding of the fundamentals of user research methodologies.

-You're creative, responsible, attentive to details, and with a desire to find innovative solutions;

-With an excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team;

-With an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Nice to have:

-Work experience or completed courses in HTML, CSS (JS);

-Understanding the basics of usability and user experience testing.

Responsibilities:

-Learning UI/UX design under the guidance of an experienced specialist;

-Participation in the creation of design concepts for web and mobile applications;

-Creating and improving prototypes for feedback and collaboration with the development team;

-Study and application of design principles and data visualization.

Our education system:

-2 weeks of paid intensive training;

-3 months of internship as a Trainee UI/UX Designer;

-2 months of the probation period as a Junior Designer.
