SaaS Product UI/UX Designer (Figma) (offline)

As a SaaS Product UI/UX Designer at Intempt Technologies, your role will be pivotal in crafting exceptional user experiences by translating user insights into intuitive and visually compelling designs. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including visual designers, product managers, and developers, to deliver user-friendly UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products. In this position, you will be the advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are met through thoughtfully designed user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


-User-Centric Design: Distill complex user requirements into elegant and user-friendly design solutions that prioritize simplicity and functionality.

-Design Tools: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others to create visually captivating and functional designs.

-User Research Integration: Leverage your experience in user research to gather insights and seamlessly incorporate them into your design decisions, placing user needs at the forefront.

-Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with both customers to gather requirements and team members to convey design concepts effectively.

-Adaptability and Decisiveness: Display flexibility in your design approach and make informed decisions that prioritize customer needs over personal preferences.

-Continuous Skill Improvement: Demonstrate a passion for enhancing your UI/UX skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

-Feedback Integration: Actively seek, receive, and implement feedback to iterate and enhance designs, ultimately ensuring a superior user experience.




-Proficiency in distilling simplicity from complex user requirements.

-Competency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, -Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.

-Proven experience in conducting user research and applying research insights to design decisions.

-Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating within a team.

-Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize customer needs over personal preferences.

-Eagerness to continuously improve UI/UX skills and stay updated with industry trends.

-Openness to feedback and a commitment to using feedback to refine and enhance designs.




-At least an intermediate level of spoken and written English to facilitate clear communication with team members.
