Lead Business Development Manager / CBDO (offline)

Tetracode is a team of business-oriented software engineers that transform the vision of startups and established businesses into market-ready products through comprehensive MVP development solutions.

 

The ideal candidate should have experience with custom development and AI technologies, have a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, and experience with ABM strategy execution.

 

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle optimization, research, warm-up and activation campaigns, and initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This role involves full-funnel optimization and a “fewer leads more revenue” approach.

 

 

Qualifications:

- English — upper intermediate level or higher is a must;

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales (long sales cycle)

- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for high-intent prospects

- Familiarity with software development, consulting, and outsourcing.

- Managing a full sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals;

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows;

- A person is familiar with a startup audience and shares these values

- A person who familiar with warm-up technics such as thoughtful commenting, content collaboration, etc. for establishing meaningful relationships with prospects.

- Experience with complex strategy implementation, including international markets;

- Experience in developing new markets in Europe and the USA.

- Willingness to make the hands dirty.

 

 

 

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategy including target ICPs and partner network in close collaboration with marketing to achieve revenue targets.
