Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
Contribute to key technical decisions and assist the team in achieving objectives.
Apply industry best practices to solve complex problems.
Develop large-scale, object-oriented applications using PHP.
Analyze product requirements and translate them into design specifications.
Conduct peer code reviews and offer constructive recommendations.
Play a pivotal role in defining the architecture and design of multiple web properties.
Collaborate in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and execution.
Work with cutting-edge technologies like Docker, Microservices, Elasticsearch, Redis, PHP 7+, and REST APIs.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong expertise in PHP development.
Proficient in PHP Frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
Knowledgeable in database technologies for high-volume websites.
Experience handling large-scale websites with millions of daily visits.
Strong understanding of large system management, including logging and reporting.
Familiarity with RESTful services.
Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Git source control.
Excellent English communication skills.
The role is designed for individuals with existing commitments, requiring a minimum of 30 hours weekly and offering flexibility to accommodate current work schedules.
