Security Assessment Engineer

Job Description:

Security and vulnerability research for:

- mobile applications and system services: Android and Tizen;
- Web services;
- various smart and embedded devices.

Major Requirements:

- understanding typical software security issues and how to protect against them;
- security code review experience (white box) for languages such as C/C++, Java and Javascript (node.js);
- ability to document and describe discovered security issues.

Optional Requirements:

- security background (University, relevant prior employment, community activities, CTFs);
- reverse-engineering experience of Arm or x86/x64 binaries (black box) to check for security issues;
- understanding of Linux security architecture and system level security;
- tools: experience with fuzzers, disassemblers, debuggers, assessment automation tools;
- cryptography: exploitation experience (weak keys, bruteforce, weak crypto, etc.).

Working Conditions:

- official employment, as per Ukrainian labor law (regular employee) or GIG contract
- remote work is possible as well as work in Kyiv office
