Junior Sales manager (offline)

Our ideal candidate:

- Is a self - driven person. You have own ideas and vision how to sell. Can work on assigned area without any instructions and reminders.
- Has at least 1 year of an appropriate experience.
- Understands a sales pipeline.
- Knows more than 5 sales marketplaces & tools on IT market.
- Has ideas how to find new channels of client research.
- Might have a commercial/technical/marketing background.
- Has at least Upper Intermediate English level.
- Able to manage his/her time effectively.

Your responsibilities:

- Sales plan performance.
- Lead-generation.
- Search of new channels for lead generation.
- Make regular Skype calls and message campaigns.
- Engage customers : prepare proposals, estimates (with tech stuff), negotiates with potential customers.
- Sign contracts with customers.
- Work with customers on delivery stage (feedback collecting, PM support etc.).
