Team Lead - Full Stack Development (offline)

Project Description:
The aim of the project is to build a software system which is responsible for IoT devices data collection and visualization. It consists of backend which is going to be written in Golang and frontend which is going to be available on mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web. The main technologies chosen for frontend implementation are Reactjs and ReacNative. This is a new engagement and it considers a team of 1 Team Lead, 4 Developers and 2 Automation QA engineers. There is a team on-site in Denver, CO with which should be close cooperation, however two teams will be working on different features utilizing the same codebase.
Responsibilities:
- the best candidate will be the one who has strong technical background in full stack development as well as development for mobile platforms; - communicates closely with the client's stackholders and team on-site; - collect, understand and negotiate with the client features to be done; - address technical tasks to the ofshore team to comply client's expectation;
Mandatory Skills:
BS degree in Computer Science field or equivalent hands-on experience
4-5 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development (Key project stack - Golang, React Native, ReactJS, Kafka, AWS DynamoDB)
2-3 years of experience as a web application developer / in a hands-on technical leadership position
Independent, responsible, with a true desire to make an impact
Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge
An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities
Enjoys working with people
Driven by tough challenges, and producing reliable and scalable solutions
Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance
