- 2+ years of lead experience
- 7+ years as Full-stack developer
- Cyber Security / Hacking mindset

### Leadership

- Research, evaluate, architect, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions
- Team mentoring: code & time reports review, track perfomance, resolve issues, reward, share knowledge, code culture developing, build logic frameworks
- Public speaking: talks, workshops, presentations, roundtables

### Tech skills

- Coding: Nodejs, Reactjs in priority. In addition: Python, Golang
- Headless browser, DOM Parsing, Graphs, Git
- DevOps: Docker, Proxmox, CI/CD (Gitea)
- Architecture: Microservices, SSO, ABAC/RBAC Policies, Multi-tenancy
- Databases: MySQL, ElasticSearch, Clickhouse, JSON, Neo4j
- Microservice: REST, Kafka, Memphis.dev, etc

### Soft skills

- Fast / Slow thinking
- Motivation / Stimulation understanding
- Concentration / Meditation switch
- Management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Lean
- Good written and spoken English
