We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and optimization of a scalable ecosystem on the Creatio platform. The ecosystem encompasses credit processes, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, leasing solutions, and the foundational platform facilitating interaction between components.

About project

Credit Processes:

Development and optimization of an automated credit processes system.
Integration with external financial instruments to ensure accurate credit analysis.
Creation of modules for monitoring and analyzing the credit portfolio.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
Extension and customization of the CRM system to enhance the customer experience.
Development of integrations with external data sources.
Creation of analytical tools for forecasting and analyzing customer behavior.
Leasing:

Development and support of leasing solutions within the ecosystem.
Integration with accounting systems for automating leasing deal accounting.
Implementation of monitoring and analysis tools for leasing operation efficiency.
Foundation Platform:

Optimization and expansion of the Creatio foundational platform to facilitate collaboration between different modules.
Development of APIs for integration with other systems and services.
Ensuring high performance and security of the ecosystem.
Requirements:

The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the field of information technology, in particular in architectural design and software development.

.Net Knowledge: The candidate should have deep knowledge and experience with the .Net technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC. The candidate must be able to develop and architecturally design solutions based on these technologies.
Architectural Skills: The candidate should have a deep understanding of architectural patterns and practices such as SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture. He/she should be able to architecturally design complex systems and understand the principles of scalability, reliability and security.
Database Knowledge: The candidate should have an understanding of relational and non-relational databases, as well as skills in working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions.
Project Management: The candidate should have project management experience, including planning, risk assessment and resource management.
Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills that will help them interact with development teams, customers and other stakeholders.
Analytical thinking: The candidate must be able to analyze complex business problems and propose optimal technical solutions.
Education: A technical degree in information technology or similar experience is preferred.
Certifications: Any certifications related to .Net architecture and technologies will be a plus.

Design and Analysis:

Development and analysis of architecture solutions on the Creatio platform.
Participation in defining system requirements and developing corresponding technical solutions.
Documentation creation describing the structure and principles of project architecture.
Integration and Interaction:
Development and implementation of integrations with other systems, external data sources, and services.
Ensuring effective interaction between different modules of the platform.
Working with APIs and third-party tools to ensure system compatibility.
Performance Optimization:
Analysis and optimization of application and system performance on the platform.
Implementation of best practices to ensure high system efficiency and responsiveness.
Technology Development and Integration:
Keeping up with the latest technological trends and innovations.
Developing and integrating new technologies that can enhance the platform’s functionality.
Data Management:

Design and implementation of efficient data storage and processing schemes.
Ensuring the security and integrity of data on the platform.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Leading and guiding a team of developers, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Collaborating with other stakeholders such as product managers, developers, testers, and administrators.
Training and Development:

Training and developing team members in Creatio platform architecture.
Supporting the learning process for other team members and interested stakeholders.
Working with Business Needs:
Understanding business processes and needs related to the use of the Creatio platform.
Working with business analysts and managers to define and implement functionality.
Project Management:

Participation in planning and project management, taking architectural aspects into account.
