junior UX/UI Designer (offline)

We are looking for a junior UX/UI Designer.

You will be involved at every step of a product & customer development process — from Problem validation, prototyping, UХ testing, creating high-fidelity mockups to launching and analyzing the results. You will work closely with several product teams in fast-growing company that serve the biggest players on the market, like NOVUS, OKKO, WOG, Будинок Iграшок, ALLO etc.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Participate in customer research and apply insights to generate designs that help customers to fulfill their goals faster in a more efficient way, thus increasing their satisfaction level.

- Create user flows from scratch and based on it design wireframes and interactive prototype to validate the concept with team or customers.

- Produce high-quality visual designs — from concept to high-fidelity mockups , including adaptive or responsive design for web at a variety of resolutions and mobile.

- Understand and choose what design approaches to apply for specific cases.

Deeply and efficiently collaborate with other disciplines including product management and engineering.

Present your ideas in a way that people understand the reasons of your design decisions

We’ll Expect from You:

- 1+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer.

- Experience focused on designing software products and systems, not only landing and web pages.

- Portfolio that represents your process of work, challenges and problems that were solved with your designs, not just the polished final deliverables.

- Solid knowledge and practical experience of using design principles and UX laws. Knowledge and experience in design approaches, such as human-centered design, Jobs-to-be-done will give you an advantage among other candidates.

- Proactiveness and a growth mindset, desire to take responsibility of solving problems.

- Have good communication skills to help people understand the reasons of your suggestions
