Our company is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Designer to join our team.
We are in need of someone who can create visually appealing designs for our marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding and be able to produce high-quality graphics that align with our company's image and messaging.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing design
- A strong visual portfolio showcasing your design expertise
- Proficiency in Figma - a must!
- Basic animation skills to create engaging visual content
- A passion for staying updated with design trends and technologies
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling marketing materials, including banners, social media assets, and email templates
- Create eye-catching graphics for promotional campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Implement basic animations to enhance the visual appeal of marketing content
- Take ownership of non-product design projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand identity and guidelines
- Stay updated on design trends and tools, recommending improvements when necessary.

Nice to have:
- Motion or animation skills to create interactive content
- Experience in brand design is a significant plus
