Business Development Manager - Finance $500-1000 (offline)
Responsibilities:
1. Research and Strategy Development
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify high net-worth individuals, investors, family offices, and potential partners.
- Develop and maintain a monthly strategy to approach and engage these prospects.
2. Outreach
- Establish initial contact with prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn connections, phone calls, or referrals.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and investors.
3. Research and organization
Research US based networking events, seminars, and engage actively on LinkedIn to build a robust professional network on behalf of CTO
4. Meeting Facilitation
Prepare for in-person meetings, ensuring all materials and presentations are ready and tailored to the prospect.
Schedule meetings, ensuring that our CTO calendar is well-managed and prioritized.
5. Feedback and Reporting
Document feedback from all engagements and continuously refine our approach.
Report weekly on outreach, engagement metrics, and meeting outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the tech or finance sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn, CRM software, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Deep understanding of the crypto and software development landscape is a plus.
