NodeJS developer (offline)

The project is solving an important problem for football fans – accommodations and transportation to the matches’ locations. It is quite a cool and niche product. It’s getting started in the UK market, because the local fans are always on fire and this is where the customer from.
The product is on the final stage before being released online. It is necessary to integrate the payment system, make changes in the integration with the third party resource on API since they have changed the protocol on their side and run one important internal module. Couple of bugs will surely turn up.
After the online release, when we’ll have a sufficient number of new users and feedbacks on the platform, we have planned an extensive development and lots of new modules and functionality to make the life of the fans easier so they can focus on the main thing - supporting their team
The team is already assembled, but all of them work in one office in Lviv. For a new person, the collaboration will be with the manager, tester, frontend developer and a bit with a backend developer.

REQUIREMENTS: ​Good knowledge of JavaScript
● Experience with NodeJS
● Experience with Express.js, JWT, Knex.js(or other ORM), Socket.io
● REST-based Web APIs
● Experience with SQL(Postgresql) and NoSQL(mongo) databases
● Good English skills with verbal/written communication
● Git, Jira or another similar tool

WOULD BE A PLUS
● Experience with AWS
● Docker
● Automated testing

● You should be interested in and aware of the newest trends in development in general and JS/TS development in particular
● Able to make technical decisions on your own as well as evaluate decisions of others
● Able to follow deadlines and stay focused on the result
