Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Web Designer with a strong knowledge of Figma to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is an exciting opportunity to elevate the visual aesthetic and user experience of our digital platform, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and effective web pages, landing pages, and digital assets consistent with our brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand user needs and business goals, then translate them into intuitive and compelling designs.
Utilize Figma to produce wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Gather feedback from stakeholders, make iterative changes based on feedback, and present final designs for implementation.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, ensuring our platform remains innovative and ahead of the curve.
Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and seamless execution.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma is a must.
At least 1 year of professional web design experience.
A portfolio showcasing a breadth of digital design work.
Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with web development best practices and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
