What We are looking for (requirements)
• 3+ year уxperience in outsourcing / outstaff companies as a sales manager.
• Good understanding of outbound channels and strategies.
• Experience creating email sequences and LinkedIn.
• Experience in prospect research and meeting scheduling.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• B2 level of English.
• General understanding of business processes.
• High level of responsibility as we work with finance-related topics.
• Ability to research, analyze, and structure information.
• Great leadership skills.

Nice-to-have skills
• Project management experience.
• Own customer base.
