Role in the project
We are looking for an active and enthusiastic Head of Sales in our sales department with experience in the EU market.

Duties and Responsibilities
Attracting customers, constantly expanding the customer base
Negotiating with potential and existing clients.
Presentation and sale of a line of financial products.
Optimization and increase in the profitability of the client base.
Analysis of the market and competitive environment.
Interaction with various departments in the framework of project work.
Preparation of commercial offers;
Conducting meetings, concluding contracts;

Requirements
Knowledge and skills:

Work experience in fintech.
Experience in the crypto domain.
Experience in sales in the international market in the financial or IT field.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Quick adaptation, ability to work at a fast pace and stress resistance, desire to develop in the fintech industry.
Focus on results.
Experience in building a sales process within the department.
Fluency in English.
Having a customer base and professional networking will be a plus.
