Your responsibilities will include:

Designing the architecture of IT monitoring solutions, taking into account the needs of the customer.
Deploying Dynatrace solutions in the course of pilot projects in test and real customer environments.
Development of new solutions and use cases.
Conducting presentations and demonstrations for technical staff and executives.
Provide technical support and training to partners and customers.

You are our ideal candidate if:

You have knowledge of modern technologies used in IT infrastructure (MS AD, TS/RDS/VDI, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, HTTP(S), SMTP, etc.)
Understand the principles of virtualization and dynamic architectures.
You have an understanding of how web applications work.
You have practical skills in deploying and configuring Windows or Linux systems.
You have at least Intermediate level of English.

It will be an advantage if:

You have experience with Zabbix, Ubiquiti, or other monitoring systems.
You are familiar with Docker, K8s (Kubernetes), OpenShift - it will be great!
