Sales Development Representative (offline)

Radency is looking for a Sales Development Representative. You’ll work in a team with a lead generator, who’d help you build a pipeline for cold outreach.

Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare and run effective high-quality multi-channel cold campaigns for various ICPs.
- Hunting for new accounts and “warm up” cold leads, nurturing them through all the stages of the funnel.
- Overseeing the lead generator to make sure the pipeline is built efficiently.

Requirements:
- Advanced English
- Successful experience in sales, preferably in IT.
- A very good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Technical background is a plus.

Challenges of the role:
You are expected to schedule appointments with prospects, to do this successfully you may need to generate leads on your own in addition to a leadgen manager. You know, to some extent it comes down to a numbers game.
