Key responsibilities:

- Project management: ensure priorities are aligned and everyone is on the same page

- People management: make decisions about hiring, firing and motivating the team, assessing team member efficiency

- Process management: building the best processes for the team and responsible for the analysis and elimination of defects in development processes and practices

- Jira management & reports building: digitalize processes in Jira workflow, manage tasks and priority, build reports and analyze to improve team productivity

- Release management: plan releases, analyze release results
