Senior .NET Developer (offline)

At this moment we are looking for specialists to join our team on a regular basis to work as a Senior .NET Developer.

Archysoft is a service company that provides high-end software design, development, and testing services.
We deal with outstaff and outsource projects and engage with customers from Ukraine and Europe.
Our main feature is 100% remote work, so we do not have an office and believe that remote is the future of the IT industry.
At this moment we are looking for specialists to join our team on a regular basis to work as a Senior .NET Developer.

About the project:
We have a few projects which could be relevant to your skills - the main tech stack is .NET Core
So, I propose to have a quick call to meet each other and decide if our projects will suit you.

Requirements:
-3+ years of working experience with ASP.NET MVC/ WebApi/ ASP.NET Core;
-Good knowledge of .Net Core and Entity Framework Core (ORM);
-Deep understanding of SOLID principles;
-Knowledge about design and integration patterns Knowledge of TDD, Unit tests;
-Intermediate or higher English level;

Our Hiring Process:
Step 1. There will be an introductory interview with a recruiter. It usually takes about 40 minutes.
The main goal: meet each other, have a short conversation in English and discuss your experience and our expectations.
Step 2. There will be an interview with our technical specialist. It usually takes about 1 hour. There you will discuss your experience, consider some code examples and decide if our projects will fit you.
Step 3. Presentation of the available projects with our Project Team.
Here we will show available projects with their pros and cons, so you will be able to choose which one will suit you best!
Step 4. Technical interview with the tech lead of the selected project. Here you can dig into details and get insights from the development team.
