Head of Sales $1500-3500

For the position of Sales Director we invite a specialist who is ready to have a direct impact on the result and full control over the vector of its movement. You'll lead the internal sales direction that deals with the sales of web software development services, from lead generation to process negotiation and deal closing. You will be also involved in the sales activities directly. Our main direction now is to improve our online sales and concentrate on the offline meetings and conferences.
Also we have department oriented on the outstaff direction.

We have:
• Already setup processes from lead generation to deal closing;
• Also we working offline by visiting conferences and offline meetings with clients from EU;
• Already formed delivery and management departments for outsource direction;
• Already formed management department for outstaff and outsource directions;
• Decision-making freedom - you can implement practices and try things out;
• Working with startups and enterprise companies;
• Open and direct communication with the clients;
• We value team sustainability and high quality over quick results;

Qualifications:
• 3+ year experience in B2B sales and business development
• Solid experience in a similar position;
• Experience in offline events;
• System thinking - ability to switch between portfolio, project and team level processes;
• People management skills - empowerment, coaching, mentoring, etc.;
• Fact checking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication, presentation skills and English B2-C2 level;

Responsibilities:
• Achieving sales targets (meeting KPIs);
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Building partnerships in the international market;
• Tracking and reporting on sales effectiveness;
• Ensure meeting of operational goals through quality customer service and growth.
• Have successful peer partnerships with other department leaders (sales, HR, talent acquisition, etc.).

Working conditions:
We work on a normal working day from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00, there is also a lunch break from 14.00 to 15.00;
