Blockchain Lead (offline)

We are looking for a Blockchain Lead to collaborate with leading ecosystem projects, implement and test to ensure system stability. Also, supporting a focused engineering culture and laying the groundwork for best practices in DeFi. Our project is a decentralized cross-chain investment platform for cross-chain and cross-web portfolios that aims to deliver a step-change user experience to trading and investing on DeFi.

What will you do?
Define the direction of blockchain applications from a design and technical perspective.
Work with current ecosystem partners and identify potential new partners to innovate and enhance the platform.
Keep up to date on the latest technological advancements and products in blockchain including the layer 1/2 landscape.
Ensure code safety by working with audit firms.
Partner with existing blockchain contract engineers & partners to execute on the product roadmap.
Contribute to our long-term technical and product strategy around the funding of real-world assets.
Encourage the engineering team to follow best practices and to deliver high-quality work.

Technology stack: Solidity, Javascript, Rust.
Qualifications:
Experience developing industry grade software.
A deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine.
A deep understanding of blockchain interoperability and bridging.
Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to mainnet.
Experience working with DEXs, AMMs, Vaults and general DeFi.
Experience implementing complex math in Solidity.
Experience using Layer0 or other cross chain protocols is a plus.
